Serving traditional Spanish cuisine which includes the likes of Jamon Serrano, Spanish Tortilla, and Chorizo Sausage and with the lay back style which is Tapas eating it has brought a unique approach to eating out. The response from the locals has been wonderful says Owner and Head Chef Sally Fernandez, everyone has been very supportive and if the first few weeks are any indication Delishus will become one of the eating destinations in the Hawkesbury.
