Gippsland Garden and Home Expo at Lardner Park will feature over 150 beautiful displays and sales, 40 specialist and general nurseries, 150 attractive and innovative sites, enjoyed by a crowd of over 6,000 with displays and sales stands. This year is the 20th Year, Drouin Lions Club have run this huge event.
This year's Gardening Guru, with talks on Saturday and Sunday will be Melissa King. Melissa is one of Australia’s most popular and respected garden experts and television presenters. When she was growing up her grandparents owned a native plant nursery so she was always surrounded by plants. Moving into radio she was spotted and channeled into a successful career as a TV presenter. Today Melissa is one of the gardening stars on Channel’s 7’s Better Homes and Gardens.
The Garden and Home Expo is held in three huge pavilions and surrounds. There is also children's activities, extensive catering, entertainment, convenient parking.
Fantastic displays, including landscaping, gardening tools and machinery, shade and hot houses, statues and garden features, interior and exterior furniture, home finance and home building tradespeople with products, will all feature plus lots more.
All proceeds raised by Drouin Lions go back to the community....
