Mountain bike riders of all levels are catered for at Eagle Mountain Bike Park. Located on Mount Barker Road at Leawood Gardens, the park is easy to find. Take the Eagle on the Hill exit (Mount Barker Road) on the Adelaide to Crafers highway. Eagle Mountain Bike Park is about 1.5 kilometres up Mount Barker Road. Park at the Pastor Kavel lookout. Eagle Mountain Bike Park has a network of trails. There's something for everyone. Explore the park's 21 kilometres of cross country trails. Practice your moves in the skills development park or trials area. Take-off in the jumps park. Get your heart racing on the downhill trail. Events are held at Eagle Mountain Bike Park all throughout the year. Previous events have included the Specialized 2011 Australian MTB Championships, local mountain bike series and skill days. Eagle Mountain Bike Park is open from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week. It is closed on Christmas Day, total fire ban days and days of extreme weather.
